Returns: We want you to be 100% happy. If you ever receive something you are not happy with it, just email or call me immediatley and let me know. I'll either: A) Do whatever it takes to make it right. B) Credit you immediately upon receipt of item. It's up to you.
Shipping: We ship via U.S. Priority Mail.
Payment: Our site is very secure, and we encourage you to use your credit card of choice or PayPal. It's up to you.
Gift Certficates: We'd be happy to print, gift box and mail you a gift certificate, or email you a pdf and you can print it. Whichever you prefer.
Loyal Shopper Card We offer a loyal shopper program where we give you 1 point for each pre tax dollar you spend with us. You accumulate these points and at 500 points you are offered a 15% disount on any one day of shopping. If you wish to keep accumulating points and go on to 1000 points we offer you a 20% discount on any one day of shopping. Our third level is 3000 points where you are offered a 25% discount on one day of shopping. Once you use your points, you start accumulating all over again... it's really fun and just our way of saying THANK YOU for you for being a loyal customer.
